• I didn’t receive the verification email
o Check spam/junk folders.
o Make sure you used the correct email address.
o Try requesting a new verification email from the app (if available).
• I forgot my password
o Use “Forgot password?” on the login screen to request a reset link.
o If the link expired, request a new one.
• I can’t log in
o Confirm your email is verified.
o Check for typos in email/password.
o If you still can’t access your account, email support@itspackit.com.
To keep PackIt safe, new accounts may require verification.
• Pending approval: your documents are being reviewed. You’ll be notified once a decision is made.
• Rejected: if we couldn’t verify your information, you may see a reason in the app. If you believe it’s a mistake, contact support.
• Posting a trip: fill in route, date/time, and available weight clearly.
• Posting a shipment: add accurate details, declared value, and an optional photo.
• Match issues: if a match looks wrong or suspicious, contact support with a screenshot and the match ID (if visible).
PackIt is not a shipping company. Users must follow airline, customs, and local laws.
Never send or carry prohibited items, including (non-exhaustive):
• illegal substances, weapons, explosives,
• hazardous chemicals,
• counterfeit goods,
• cash or high-risk valuables,
• anything prohibited by the origin or destination laws.
If you think a listing involves prohibited items, report it to support.
If you suspect fraud, identity misuse, or unsafe behavior:
• Email support@itspackit.com
• Include:
o your account email,
o the user’s name/identifier (if visible),
o screenshots,
o a short description of what happened.
We may suspend accounts that violate our rules or create risk for other users.
We take privacy seriously and aim to follow GDPR principles (lawfulness, fairness, transparency, data minimization, and security).
You can contact support@itspackit.com to request:
• access to your data,
• correction of your profile details,
• deletion of your account and personal data (where legally permitted),
• questions about how your data is stored and used.
For account deletion requests, email us from the email linked to your PackIt account so we can verify ownership.
We aim to respond within 1–5 business days. During busy periods, it may take a bit longer.
